Your First Visit to Maldonado Dentistry
When you arrive for your first visit, you will receive a comprehensive dental exam, including X-rays. We’ll take the time to review your medical and dental history, discuss any immediate concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your oral health needs. Our welcoming, family-friendly office is designed with your comfort in mind. We view your first visit as the beginning of a long-term relationship, and we are here to answer all your questions and provide you with the dental patient resources you need to feel confident about your care.
Please remember to bring the following to your first visit:
- Any X-rays from an earlier dentist (if applicable)
- A valid form of ID
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- A list of any health concerns, ongoing issues, and past surgeries
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
